In 2013 my home city Derry in Northern Ireland is the UK City of Culture. Loads of things are happening this year, and Lonely Planet have named it as their number 4 city in their top 10 cities to visit in 2013. I haven’t lived their for a while, but I have noticed a massive transformation of the place in recent trips back to see family. There’s so much going on this year that it’s hard to pick out the must see stuff.
